Please be specific when contacting us. "I can't log in" doesn't really tell us much. We can not look up your account unless you tell us who you are. Please include your username and password as well as contacting us from the Email address you used when signing up. Please DO NOT provide us with any credit card information. We can not look your account up that way.
I want to join but don't have a credit card:
Due to the huge amount of fraud and charge backs with any other payment we have stopped offering telephone and checking account billing. This has cost us literally 1000's over our years of business. You can thank all those thieves out there for this decision.
My Card Was Declined:
There can be many reasons why a card was declined. The most common is your billing address information was incorrect. When singing up it must be the same as the address you credit card company has on file for you. Our Billing companies DO NOT provide us with any credit card information. Please contact their customer service for questions about declines.
I Can't Log In:
Once again the quickest solution may be to contact the billing company you used when signing up. They, are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Common Log In Problems:

1) You have entered the wrong username and/or password. Please check the receipt you received with the confirmation of your subscription. Enter the username and password exactly. Make sure you do not have "caps lock" on and that there are no spaces before or after your username and password.
2) Your browser must be able to accept cookies.
3) Some firewalls have been known to block access to password protected areas. Please check that yours isn't one of them.
4) Your payment was declined. This happens when the billing company has declined you credit card after allowing access for a short period of time. Or, when a check sign up bounces. |
